Street and infrastructure concerns go to Public Works at (319) 352-6247. Property and zoning concerns go to Community Development at (319) 352-9208. For emergencies, always call 911.
Before you begin

Identify the type of concern: street or infrastructure, property or zoning, utility, or public safety.

Contact the responsible department directly: Public Works (319) 352-6247, Community Development (319) 352-9208, or Police non-emergency (319) 352-5400.

For after-hours utility emergencies, call Public Works dispatch. For all other emergencies, call 911.
